Refund Policy
The items for sale at The Forgotten Trug have all had a previous life. Please refer to the photographs of the item and the description for the condition. The Forgotten Trug will describe items and their condition as accurately as possible. Buyers should expect minor imperfections such as minor marks and scratches as these form part of the previous life of the item. We do, however, spend time searching for the best example of a vintage item and we believe that any imperfection on any of our finds does not detract from the charm and integrity of the item.
Refund Policy
Although we hope you love your order from The Forgotten Trug, there maybe occasions when you wish to return your order. To do so, simply contact us at hello@theforgottentrug.com within 14 days of delivery and, if agreed, return your order in original condition and packaging within 28 days of delivery. We are unable to accept cancellations or exchanges.

The Forgotten Trug is not able to accept responsibility for your returned item until we receive it in the condition that it left us and therefore recommend you retain proof of postage. Return postage, transport and insurance costs cannot be refunded.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned item, providing it is in the condition it originally left us. If a returned item is damaged or lost, it is your responsibility to pursue any claims with the carrier.
